Luke Wenke has been harassing and stalking me since I ended our friendship nearly four years ago. For a long time, I ignored him and stayed silent, hoping he’d eventually leave me alone. But that never happened — in fact, as the following screenshots demonstrate, Luke Wenke’s obsession with me has only intensified, and his stalking behavior has only escalated, over time.

Above: Since Luke Wenke’s most recent cyberstalking arrest (in connection with another victim) on December 17th (six days ago), Wenke has tried calling me at least eleven times from the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York, where he’s being detained on federal remand. Luke Wenke knows damn well that I want zero contact. Less than three weeks prior to his arrest, the New York State Troopers had called him and sternly warned him NOT to contact me or trespass onto my family’s land.
I answered the third jail call, immediately said “DO NOT CONTACT ME,” and hung up without allowing Luke Wenke to speak. He tried calling me again just seconds later, and has continued trying to reach me. The state’s leaders tout New York as a “progressive” state, but the legal protection for stalking victims is woefully archaic and practically nonexistent, especially in cases with no dating history.
