Luke Wenke sent the following letter to the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City while detained at the Niagara County Jail in Lockport, New York in March 2025.

“Hello,

“This is my first letter to this court in this handwriting style. I am here at Niagara County Jail where I was 3 years ago, where I was 2 weeks ago, and where I still am today. I cannot believe my ears when I hear that here in a country where someone who did 48 years in prison Oklahoma, came out innocent last year, and went on tv over the matter, and here in a country where someone did 20 years in prison for a murder out in Chicago, came out innocent last year, and now he’s owed a wrongful incarceration check in the millions of dollars, we have things happening up at the Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse in Buffalo like Laurence Vilardo the so called judge using U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr.’s connections to Central Casting from the Frank Sinatra days to use stunt doubles to hold phony court hearings for Peter Grazi the owner of Buffalo’s Pharaoh’s Strip Club since John Sinatra’s maternal half brother Peter Grazi is well known from his Pornhub days. Peter is apparently here at Niagara County Jail too where I was 3 years ago, where I was 2 weeks ago, and I still am today. On a side note, I will be going through Khaled Abughanem’s lawyer Gerald Walsh to sue 7 other facilities out there forging paperwork producing mugshots with C.G.I. technology lying about me ever having been incarcerated there. Khaled and Adham Abughanem were convicted in a rushed trial with no evidence conveniently before Trump came back. Anyways, Laurence Vilardo is denying Peter Grazi hi B.O.P. confirmed rights by trying to force a gag order on him. This is no way to treat John Sinatra’s maternal half brother…”

“…Peter Grazi, a Buffalo area B list celebrity.

“Is that really Danny Masterson and R. Kelly’s stunt double sitting in incarceration illegally convicted? Looks like they need to release those stunt doubles and relocate them to Brazil where American criminals don’t need to be extradited back if the Trump Dept. of Justice calls for it. Minimum wage in Brazil is much lower than China’s. Let Beijing have Taiwan so we can make Taiwanese microchips cheaper in Brazil. That will save the Amazon Rainforest from loggers.

“I am an active jailhouse lawyer, as people pay me in coffee to stop them from being illegally convicted. There is a Chinese guy here from Manhattan named Lin Wei and his English is bad. His lawyer lied to him about me. I hope his lawyer doesn’t lie to him and get him deported back to Hong Kong because Lin Wei tells me his green card is fine. His lawyer told him I wanted to work with Hamas. No I did not. So Lin Wei probably has a third rate Chinese to English translator from Buffalo since Chinese is impossible enough as it is. Does [random characters] (ga-mee-ma-chung-cha) truly mean “fuck the police”? Or is it Chinese for something else and Lin Wei is lying to us? You guys have a Chinatown down there, not Buffalo. Lin Wei says he still does not know his Buffalo federal judge’s name. Worth looking into.”

“Robert … is 76 years old with no prior arrest or jail history as he tells us. He recently spoke to U.S. Appeals Court attorney Jay Ovsiovitch of Rochester before being moved to the Shu of the jail for refusing meds he was never prescribed. Shu is self housing unit. He has been here at Niagara County Jail for 5 months. That long ago they told him he would be moved to Rochester. The court abandoned him far past the sentencing guidelines maximum of the charges they accuse him of. It is a shame the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is said to be nicer than the American side where Robert’s court is trying to make him lose his mechanic business. Do speak to Robert’s U.S. Appeals attorney Jay Ovsiovitch over the matter because Robert has since been moved to the self housing unit for refusing meds he was never prescribed after yelling at the staff about this place’s lackluster laundry service.

“This is my first letter to this U.S. Appeals Court and it is time to talk about me. Nobody truly knows if that was Minnesota defense attorney [Victim 1] behind that electronic device on 1/24/22 that did this to me, and I could be lying to you about my own guilt for safety reasons due to [Victim 1]’s client Benjamin [Ryan]’s connections to Hamas. We here in the 2nd circuit look forward to eventually getting over shit here in the nation’s lead order of protection case and holding a fundraiser at the Old Library Inn of Olean to make Minnesota’s 2021 top defense attorney the U.S. Ambassador…”

“…to Denmark in 2029 when the 48th President comes in so that he may have the upper hand over the annexation of Greenland so we can mine for artificial intelligence and aerospace needs. Selling one thousand $5000 V.I.P. tickets at the Old Library Inn of Olean will raise $5 million to begin his U.S. Ambassador to Denmark campaign kickoff once John Sinatra’s lower ranking douchebag court lets up on this and finally sentences me to the inevitable time served no more probation. My self and the 2nd Circuit’s most renowned local government embezzlement case former Olean City Councilman Kevin Dougherty will be paying the travel costs for [Victim 1] and 10 people of his choosing to fly into Olean at the Olean Airport to come to their all expenses paid [Victim 1] for U.S. Ambassador to Denmark 2029 fundraiser. But again, John Sinatra’s court likes to leave people in incarceration unsentenced way past their sentencing guidelines maximum for indefinite amount of time. Last time I saw an attorney here at Niagara County Jail was Alexander Anzalone 3 years ago telling me I was at 6 to 12 months for interstate threats. We are way past that.

“Hopefully the 2nd most renowned sugar bitch Katie [last name] of [city] N.Y. isn’t forging handwriting putting it on her illegal websites. She sold drugs at [location] in 2015 and got arrested over the issue. John Sinatra hired her as a paralegal recently. They both like drugs.
