After being found guilty of violating the conditions of his supervised release during the summer of 2023 by indirectly contacting his cyberstalking victim (via the victim’s business partner), Luke Wenke filed an appeal through the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City. The following documents pertain to that appeal, which was the first of two appeals that Wenke filed in reference to his first cyberstalking case (#1:22-cr-00035).
