As anyone familiar with Luke Wenke likely knows, he has consistently threatened to sue various individuals and entities for several years. Included among the supposed defendants are the federal government, various law enforcement agencies, his stalking/harassment victims and their families (myself included), Facebook, the Libertarian Party (and other political organizations), and more. In addition to making these threats on social media, Wenke had made dozens of threats to sue in his rambling letters to the federal court.
To my knowledge, Luke Wenke has not acted on any of these threats. I could be wrong, but as far as I can tell, he hasn’t filed lawsuits against any of the ever-growing list of targets he routinely names in his rants.
