The following handwritten letter was recently added to the case file for Luke Wenke’s civil complaint against me. The initial complaint was filed on January 30th, and I have not been served with any lawsuit papers as of March 30th. This new letter comes just days after Wenke’s previous letter to the court, reflecting his growing impatience for “justice” over perceived wrongdoings that he falsely claims were committed against him.
In the letter, Luke Wenke accuses others and myself of cyberstalking and impersonating him via the “Olean War Zone” Facebook group, which I am not a member of (I don’t, and never have, lived in Olean). He calls for the arrests of these individuals while specifically naming myself and one other civilian as the alleged culprits. Wenke also accuses me of impersonating the other person he specifically named.
I’m not worried about Wenke’s lies. They won’t hold up to legal scrutiny if it ever reaches that point (I wish it would, because then maybe the authorities would bring more charges against him), because I haven’t done any of the things he accuses me of.

“Civil case #26-cv-00181 involves my FBI Discovery as the primary concern. Because while I sit here with a wasted and ruined early 30s to no fault of my own, there are other people out there openly speaking on the internet about me and quite frankly they are cyberstalking me. Olean War Zone was once my Facebook group, this is where they mainly do it. It is not easy to get other people arrested while sitting in incarceration (keep in mind that my house was violently attacked by people on my don’t contact list while John Sinatra knew about it and he did this to me December 2025 to silence me) but if I could get these people arrested for cyberstalking I would. Fair is fair and since my early 30s were wasted against my will to no fault of my own, I believe that everyone on the internet should be arrested for cyberstalking me in my old Olean War Zone facebook group unless this law sees a MAJOR change.
“This brings up a new question we have to ask in this Pro Se suit. What if I get the wrong person arrested? What if it’s actually Katie [last name] making fake Chris [last name] profiles? Those two know each other and they are cyberstalking my case and me in general.
“Fake profiles and fake emails operated by someone other than who they claim to be. This is why NY Troopers don’t pick people up over this infraction. A lower court lawyer took his cyberstalking conviction to the NY Supreme Court in 2022, and the NY Supreme Court couldn’t do anything because it’s a federal infraction.

UPPER MARGIN: “I would prefer to miraculously find a way to get Barry Covert’s law firm paid so all of my lawsuits can be professionally addressed, but if all of my lawsuits have to be Pro Se I would be thankful for this particular court’s help. I cannot stand what happened to me and I will not accept defeat!”

A courtroom ruling on hacked electronic devices and false social media profiles would do as much wonder for me as the recent court decision that Louis Mangioni’s cyberstalking is not a crime of violence. Hacking my phone and making fake emails and social media profiles imitating me probably explains all of these things in my FBI Discovery that aren’t even me. So it goes beyond Andrew and Katie getting it on with each other to manipulate my FBI Discovery.”
“Will I ever be able to use the internet freely again? How will I be able to openly speak out on the internet about the abuse I suffered at the Salamanca Family Dollar parking lot where officers pointed guns at me over a nonviolent speech ‘crime’ committed with no witnesses present?
“I am the oldest grandchild of a village judge and I have no patriotism. What a horrible 250th it is all because of what I’m dealing with. The Founding Fathers did nothing for my Free Speech Rights and they accomplished nothing in the name of ‘innocent until proven guilty’. I am more inspired by Justin Timberlake’s DUI lawsuit than I am the US military disrupting Iran. I have A LOT of lawsuits I want to follow through on. Lawsuits engage the federal judicial branch of government and change laws. 1 Corinthians 6 means nothing to me since this happened to me.
