The federal courthouse in Buffalo, New York received the following letter from Luke Luke Wenke in April of 2026. The correspondence is addressed to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo, who has been assigned to oversee a civil lawsuit that Luke Wenke is currently attempting to pursue against me.
In addition to bogus allegations that I conspired with the government and an FBI agent who is listed as my co-defendant, Luke Wenke accuses me of being an instigator by starting and running this website. He conveniently fails to mention that I created this website after nearly three years of being incessantly stalked, harassed, and slandered by Luke Wenke. (And never mind the fact that the lawsuit against me is entirely predicated on bullshit to begin with.)
Additionally, Wenke complaints about the court’s failure to deduct a $405 lawsuit filing fee from his inmate commissary account while making requests for various accommodations and assistance with pursuing the case against me.
As of April 11th, I have not been served with papers pertaining to the lawsuit, which was filed in late January.
Luke Wenke is currently being held without bond at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York for a federal cyberstalking case.

“Hello again to Judge Vilardo’s courtroom,
“April 28th we are appealing the detention hearing and the following week another court hearing. I do not come from a family of lazy takers. I appreciate Ann of the Rochester Federal Public Defender’s Office reminding me about papers to do these kinds of lawsuits for free, but I really wish you would just take the $405 for your court’s needs from Monroe County Jail’s commissary.
“Looks like we need to add Monroe County Sheriff’s Office to the list of codefendants with Andrew Clark and Katie. Monroe County Sheriff’s Office enjoys covering for Katie’s website that cyberstalks me and then they issue me a cease and desist as if I’m the problem. I’m not the problem. Victoria Bahl has been trying to get Katie arrested for grand theft auto for 3 months now so Katie will be made to confess what she knows about who destroyed the inside of my house. Plus a corrections officer told me Katie got Monroe County Sheriff’s Office help getting herself and Andrew Clark into the mailroom here at Monroe County Jail sending things to Katie accidentally admitting that she is actively trying to interfere in John Sinatra’s business and his marriage while trying to make it look like I sent it. She did this while I was at Orleans County Jail and she was caught admitting to such on a recorded phone line, and I imagine this is how she got Monroe County Sheriff’s Office to get a cease and desist against me as if I’m the issue while getting them to ignore the fact that she is cyberstalking ME on a website Karen Francati of the Rochester Federal Public Defender’s Office is bending over backwards trying to take down. UPPER MARGIN: “I will also be asking for James Tabner of Concord MA (US Supreme Court lawyer of my choice)’s help getting the Buffalo FBI and Buffalo US District Attorney’s offices to help produce a $250,000 wrongful incarceration check I will then donate to the founding of a very needed US Supreme Court Public Defender’s Office.
“…Victoria Bahl (585-263-6201) finally fulfill her 3 month old job of getting Katie arrested for grand theft auto (she and my mother have the evidence ready) so Katie will be placed under duress and confess to what she knows about my house being destroyed on the inside to help fulfill Olean Police Officer Cottone’s job.
“Andrew Clark encouraged Olean Police to lie to me January 2022, and this is a country where someone who did 48 years came out innocent in 2024, so I really need help with these things. Also Kash Patel’s email was recently hacked. By Iranian interests. I don’t know if Andrew Clark used information I gave him on Hamas in 2020 to his advantage against his boss. Andrew is an untrustworthy backstabber, so it’s possible.
“There are other lawsuits to pursue as time goes on. The big ones include the Wenkeville reunion of Wenke Rd., Portville, Cattaraugus County. They need to become public lands. Before Covid I used to sell 50/50 tickets there. Hundreds of people per year. In 2023 they treated me like a problem, so I want state troopers present because they’re the problem and I’ll go into details later. The Libertarian Party National Committee Gary Johnson 2016 official Lauren [Ryan’s mom], and her assistant Mark [last name]; the Libertarian Party is a national scam. Become a PAC, or refund everybody’s Lifetime Libertarian membership and have Lauren and Mark pay for it since they’re the ones legally and literally attached to Hamas.
