USA v. Luke Wenke – Warrant – 1:25-mj-01421 – Doc. #12 – 01/15/2026The first warrant below (Doc. #55) pertains to Luke Wenke’s March 2022 indictment on charges of cyberstalking and making interstate threats.
The second warrant (Doc. #56) was issued in May of 2023, roughly six weeks after Wenke’s release from federal prison for a probation violation charge. Wenke was accused of indirectly contacting his cyberstalking victim via a hateful email that was sent to the victim’s business partner, thereby allegedly violating a court-imposed ban against contacting his victim.
Issued in early October of 2023, the third warrant (Doc. #96) for Wenke’s arrest was for another supervised release violation charge for allegedly contacting his victims in violation of state- and federally-imposed orders of protection and contact bans.
