LETTER: Luke Wenke Defends Globally-Linked Child Predator Richard Greer

Luke Wenke sent the following letter (Doc. #165-1) to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo — a federal judge completely uninvolved in Wenke’s case — in the fall of 2024 while detained at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City. In keeping with his known tendency to misrepresent himself, Wenke wrote a fake Florida return address on the envelope, while the Oklahoma City postmark proves the letter’s true origin.

In the letter, Wenke defends the so-called “innocence” of fellow detainee and since-convicted child predator Richard Greer, who’s now serving federal prison time for his crimes, including his connections to a global child exploitation network. Wenke also accuses one of his victims (me) of framing Greer by using his credit card to make nefarious purchases online.

I shouldn’t have to clarify this, but these allegations are completely untrue. I didn’t even know who Richard Greer was until Luke Wenke began writing about him in his letters to the court, which was long after Greer’s arrest in 2023. I’ve also never committed identity or credit card fraud, or tried to frame anyone for a crime (as evidenced by my clean legal record).

I also never dated Luke Wenke’s former federal probation officer (I’ve never even met him in person), forged Wenke’s signature, conspired against Wenke with the government, broken into Wenke’s shitty traphouse, or committed any of the other outrageous acts that Luke Wenke habitually and knowingly falsely accuses me of. Wenke has never shown any evidence to support these claims because none exists. He doesn’t have a leg to stand on, but he seems to think that if he spews enough nonsensical bullshit, people will start to believe it. And I don’t expect his mindset to ever change.

“Digital footprint evidence showing State Assemblyman David DiPietro and State Senator George Borrello texting each other hedging bets on whether they think Judge Vilardo and Judge Sinatra’s family members will follow through on murdering each other as they both try to cover up Judge Arcara’s family’s drugs and sex trafficking business. David and George are also documented as texting each other about the upcoming Andrew Jackson-style duel that’s going to apparently take place between Judge Vilardo and Judge Sinatra as neither of them can currently agree on which of them is going to swear Carl Paladino into office as U.S. Ambassador to Brazil when Trump, thank fucking God, comes back. Katie somehow forged my signature to get Wells Fargo to give her my paperwork and then she took the car to Professional Recovery near Buffalo and got my car repo’d. Ron the Investigator of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office gave a key to Luke Wenke’s car to Katie [last name] early 2022, and now Katie’s boyfriend [name] (Buffalo Federal Probation employee) is refusing to do something concerning the police report documented break in into Luke Wenke’s house at [address] in Olean. Grand theft auto + forgery = Katie [last name].

“Ron the Investigator of the U.S. District Attorney’s Office is afraid of being investigated by the Trump administration for his connection to the Buffalo FBI’s illegal activities, so Ron is threatening Frank Passafiume in an attempt to get Frank to back down on his deal with John Sinatra’s court to end Luke Wenke’s case on time served no more supervised release. This deal has been in the works since Jan. 2024.

“Carl Paladino’s friend [name] of [location] was 56 with a 15 year old named [name] and in 2015 Carl gave [name] a lot of money to help with his legal issues that came out of the matter. [Name] was Judge Giardini of Carrollton NY’s first cousin. Judge Giardini died in 2020 a Cuomo nursing home victim.
