LETTER: Luke Wenke Continues to Stalk, Harass from Jail

I received this disturbing letter from Luke Wenke, who’s currently detained at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York, on March 21st, 2026. In it, Wenke:

Falsely accuses me of listening to his jailhouse phone calls and altering audio recordings of his voice
Falsely accuses me of lying about him to a police department I’ve never even spoken to about him
Falsely accuses me of forging his handwriting and falsifying court records
Calls me a “sheep that cried wolf” (I think the saying is “wolf dressed in sheep’s clothing” or “boy who cried wolf”, but mmmkay)
Falsely claims that I “choked on a probation officer’s balls” after breaking into Luke Wenke’s condemned traphouse and destroying the interior (sounds romantic)
Falsely claims that the federal government pays me to run this website
Falsely accuses me of colluding/conspiring against him with the federal government
Repeatedly threatens to get several victims (myself included) falsely arrested for crimes we didn’t commit
Threatens to get the entire Buffalo, NY FBI staff fired, then states later on that they’re going to come after me essentially at his command
Describes himself as “the real victim” and a “POW” while denying any wrongdoing against myself and his other victims (because he really expects the world to believe that we’re the problem, and that we decided to target him in an unprovoked fashion with nothing to gain from the situation)
Speculates baselessly about my personal life (i.e. where I live, family dynamics, living arrangement) and relationships while threatening to get men I dated more than a decade ago into a courtroom to “testify” against me, seemingly forgetting that I’m not the one under legal scrutiny. Anyways, I’m not sure what types of crimes he thinks the men from my past (including an ex I’m still friends with, who’d never take Wenke’s side) could possibly implicate me in.
Falsely accuses me of being a violent “drug addicted hoe” and a “drugged-out schizophrenic” in need of a straight jacket (never mind that I’ve never been deemed a threat to society or forcibly institutionalized by a federal criminal court like he has)
Warns that he’s going to “get the last laugh” after he sends me and his other victims to “Sing Sing for Cyberstalkers”

And, last but not least…

Claims that my website is worse than his past conduct on Topix.

Yeah, maybe. If you consider this website to be worse than a keyboard warrior’s nonstop, years-long campaign to ruin lives for literally no fucking reason (other than sick entertainment), drive people out of their homes, destroy their livelihoods, and push innocent victims nearly to suicide, only to laugh about it to this day with the fetid cuntrag who helped him carry out said campaign while in gross denial about his own mental health issues.

Yeah, maybe my website is worse than that. But I’m pretty sure it’s not. I think it’s probably more organized, factual, well-researched, and put-together than any of the filth Luke Wenke has ever spewed on the internet. And it’s definitely more civilized than the endless sea of slanderous, far-fetched crap that Luke Wenke’s social media pages contain.

And I think Luke Wenke is probably panicking and outraged because people aren’t taking him at his word about what a piece of shit I supposedly am. I’m no saint, but I don’t claim to be, and a litte bit of self-awareness goes a long way in that regard. I’m also not calculating and evil, and Wenke seems baffled that people aren’t automatically hating me or deducting from my credibility because he slut-shames me or says other bad things about me while procuring no evidence of said claims.

“You listen to my jailhouse phone calls”

UPPER MARGIN: “During the January 30^th court hearing I was not present for, did whoever who helps you listen to my phone calls help you destroy December 2025 indictment and arraignment papers? Wow Speedy Trial Rights, much. Time for me to go home.”

“Not illegal for me to do this and make bare allegations. Everyone remembers when you forged my handwriting from Orleans County Jail’s Lieutenant’s office. You were also on a recorded line knowing what room I was in. Did you know John Sinatra sent me confidential legal mail recently? Between that and you listening to my phone calls while you have a lawsuit against you, wow talk about conflicts of interest and obstruction of justice. Lawyers are apparently talking about how you like to edit audio clips of my voice from phone calls you get from prosecutors who obstruct justice against my lawsuits. It was Fonda Kubiak saying Buffalo federal probation pays you to run that website on me which is worst than Topix ever was to anybody. That could get you arrested for cyberstalking since what goes around comes around. So yeah you probably do edit jail phone audio since you lied to the police September 2023.

“Lawyers are saying you filed the papers for John Sinatra’s resignation and you send it to people in confidential legal mail. The Rochester Federal Public Defender’s Office knows you had access to John Sinatra’s emails so I’m sure they’d believe it. They’re also saying you send people confidential legal mail with papers trying to take his place as Judge.“You lied to the police September 2023. Andrew Clark and Krystie of the Buffalo FBI encouraged Olean Police to lie Jan. 2022.

“I don’t think you did. You don’t like men using Free Speech on the internet while you’re the one illegally cyberstalking people on the internet talking about them against their will. Cyberstalking.

“A Constitutional lawsuit could get the entire Buffalo FBI fired. They’re worthless scumbags. Cruel and Unusual Punishment violations for pointing guns at me in a grocery store parking lot after first of all my phone was hacked by your Minneapolis Iranian Hamas friends, number two over a nonviolent speech ‘crime’. Buffalo FBI is no better than ICE. Constitutional lawsuit against them, soon.

“So you’d better stop being a sheep crying wolf. The late Rod Edwards of Olean was Lilydale, Chautauqua County approved and also knew Sylvia Browne’s son Christ Dufresne. Rod said things would catch up to you. You cyberstalk people, and soon enough someone will get FBI after you like they did to me.

“Nothing happened to [cyberstalking victim]. Nothing happened to you and it turns out you continued talking to Damani [last name] since you’re a drug addicted hoe. I’m the victim. Nobody else. “…case who pulls her own hair on video calls Camille has saved when you were pissed at [man I dated 8 years ago and am still friends with] and [his ex-wife]. [Former friend I haven’t spoken to since 2018] knows.

“By now even [cyberstalking victim] and the Buffalo office agrees. YOU deserve to be locked in chains and shackles against your will and you will have a Tyler Robinson vest on since that’s what you’re like. I own my house and you live with your parents shitting all over your father you openly hate. You go by your exhusband’s last name from 14 years ago. NY Trooper papers from spring 2022, after you committed grand theft auto against my car, saying you appeared schizophrenic and on drugs.

“What better days had simply using my phone like everyone else being able to talk to you normally. Shame on me for encouraging your strife against men though. It came back and hit me. UPPER MARGIN: “Also forgot to mention. John Sinatra’s confidential legal mail he sent me also contained papers concerning Jeffrey Epstein’s involvement at Peter Gerace’s Pharaoh’s, as well as your signature on a Cashapp receipt paying grand jury members.”

“…give us our money back. 2024 national convention, like you, was violent.

“If you read my forged handwriting on Life22, Life22 will get arrested for cyberstalking. Everyone will be met with the same standards I’m met with. The internet will be safe for nobody and I will ship everyone off to cyberstalking Sing Sing. If people keep cyberstalking me I will get FBI to treat them the same way I was treated December 2025 at family Dollar.

“Soon enough it will be you and [cyberstalking victim] and everyone else apologizing to me. Since I did nothing to anyone in the end.

“Again ask yourself what was exactly in the confidential legal mail that was sent to me in John Sinatra’s name. I know you have mental issues according to spring 2022 NY Trooper papers, so let me help you out. It contained John Sinatra’s resignation papers, his signature, and your signature, too. It also contained US Appeals Debra Ann Livingston’s signature approving your upcoming hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee so you can take Richard Arcara’s place.

“Wow is that what you’re really up to these days? Wow sugar bitching your way through NYU got you places after all. In case Marianne Mariano finally cooperates with the Rochester office and gets you arrested for grand theft auto finally, read the Old Testament. When an inmate, you are Samuel and the judge is Eli.
