The Luke Wenke Files

Because People Deserve to Know

EMAIL: Luke Wenke Threatens to Doxx This Website’s Owner

Illustration of a man placing a stack of letters addressed to Katie into a mailbox

In this November 2025 email to the federal judge who presided over his first cyberstalking case, Luke Wenke proposes replacing appointed federal judges with candidates selected through local elections. He suggests placing questions about federal judges on county ballots and recruiting Libertarian Party figures to run for judicial positions, despite federal judges being nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate.

Wenke then turns his attention to the owner of this website, again accusing her of hacking electronic devices without providing supporting evidence. More concerningly, he writes, “we still have her address” and speculates about where that address might be sent through the mail or by email now that he is no longer in federal custody. The statement appears to threaten the circulation of personal information while implying that unidentified people are assisting him.

Wenke frequently uses plural language—including “we” and “our”—without identifying anyone supposedly working with him. In this email, he does not explain who else allegedly possesses the address, who might distribute it or why sharing it would have any legitimate connection to his proposal concerning federal judges.

The remainder of the message discusses Libertarian political candidates, Wenke’s deceased grandmother, Olean-area politics and his proposal to transform his house into a for-profit Cattaraugus County Libertarian Party museum. He also references people involved in his previous fixations while making additional claims about political influence and future lawsuits.

Subject: Federal Judge Elections; the Libertarian Party’s new pursuit

Luke Wenke #242 – Page 1:

“How easy to get signatures to put questions on the back of the ballot county by county that say ‘Should we democratize federal judge positions in the area?’ and then ‘Should **name of Libertarian candidate** become a federal judge in this region?’ and then ‘Which of the incumbent Judges at the Robert H Jackson US Courthouse should we replace?’. I am a Lifetime Member of the Libertarian National Committee and yes we can get big Libertarian names to run candidates for federal judge. Andrew Kolstee ran for Congress in 2020, so we can continue. Lots of conversation today about that.

“David DiPietro and George Borrello for Federal Judge. They would not deny any help getting these questions on the ballot.

“The Constitution does not set a minimum age for federal judge so it turns out Baby New Year should be nominated by the Libertarian Party to play Battleship with the Sentencing Guidelines.

“Yes hello the party that gave America Vermin Supreme (a Judge Giardini approved candidate for President for the 2020 election) and the party that placed Luke Wenke in the Audacious Caucus continues it’s shit accordingly.

“Maybe if Katie wants to be nice for once, she can hack everyone’s electronic devices and since she was once a registered Libertarian voter in the state, maybe she would like to tell everyone through hacked electronic devices that she might as well become a Judge at that courthouse since she has ALL of your paperwork and we still have her address and who knows where her address could be sent out in the mail or over email next since I am not in federal custody anymore. Wow we could get the Libertarian party to help collect signatures for this idea. Judge Katie replaces Judge Arcara. Judge Arcara goes on a houseboat and becomes a self financed maritime Judge. A good peace truce.

“Yes Federal Judge Conclaves need to become a thing, as decided by Judge Giardini’s family today.

“[Name] can become first lady Olean Police Chief in the meantime. I will sue to make it happen.

“The house in this picture is going to become the $1 million for profit Cattaraugus County Libertarian Party Museum. I am so happy Dakota next door to me owns his home now and doesn’t just rent. So so many people know me face to face unlike the people in the vicinity of [victim] and the [Ryan’s family].”
