“Yesterday I told myself Arcara’s letter was the last for the next 2 weeks. Nope I changed my mind. You and Larry Sharpe.

“What is stopping me from writing to you asking if it was truly you who issued this ‘provisional sentence’? You and Niagara County Jail both know I didn’t step foot in your courtroom to receive this sentence. Did Katie forge your signature and get it notarized by probation to try and do this to me forever? Katie is a 40 year old manhater who goes by her ex-husband’s last name from 15 years and she is liable to be suppressing the evidence over how many abortions she’s had throughout her life. You on the other hand, god fucking forbid ‘time served no more probation’.

“I don’t know what Peter Grazi truly is to you. All I know is I’ve absolutely had Uber/Lyft customers from Pharaoh’s strip club and all I know is inmate gossip. Waleed Abughanem told me he’s your half brother and homosexual lover at the same time. I said well don’t worry Waleed, Lawrence of Arabia was homosexual and Jupiter married his sister Juno and Jupiter is also with Ganymede(?); Priests of Jupiter being in the New Testament. So I’m sorry Peter Grazi got 15 years. I’m sorry the Libertarian party never provided us with the opportunity to attend your family yacht and martini parties over at Bohemian Grove.

John actually sentenced me to time served no more probation, or at most he actually sentenced me to 2 years (the maximum) on this violation which qualifies me to go to the BOP’s federal halfway houses as that’s what we can do when we have a year or less in our sentences. “…no contact list once I was back at Niagara County Jail a few months ago just so Katie could show up to the jail and revise my letter from Frank according to what she wants done with me.

“Bare allegations ≠ false statements.

“If you have literally accused my humor of being ‘off color’ in those very words, you were in a dream one night walking away from me accusing me of that. So if that theory of mine is true, then federal research needs to be done on if we are truly ‘in the telestial’ at night when we sleep; ‘telestial’ being a second level Mormon concept. Go talk to your tennis partner Mitt Romney about it. Also if you have two kids, they came to me in a dream too begging me to understand that, in their words, ‘our father is not mean’. Your last name is Sinatra, not Maher or MacFarlane, so I know you are not an atheist. So figure this out. Very intense dreams every night ever since THIS happened to me 3.5 years ago. I never remembered night dreams this much before.

“So that last paragraph proves I don’t just shit talk all day. I am capable of conversation. But no, it’s 3 and a half god damned years of being made to feel like shit and having the worst brought out of me thanks to what you have allowed in your court. Why does Katie’s website continue to violate my HIPPA rights? I did not treat [Victim 1] this way and you know it. Is he seriously a defense lawyer allowing this shit onto a criminal defendant he never even met? Rating his business one star on Google business review is a federal crime? “So again I’m sorry the admittedly absolutely useless Libertarian party never gave us a reason to know who you, Vilardo, Arcara, etc. any of you were. Gary Johnson 2016 is history, not the future. I want to see Linda McMahon 2028 become the thing. You have the legal ability to authorize Donald Trump using the military to besiege the United Nations building so he can embezzle it into the Trump Organization and become the Earth landlord who the world owes rent to. That move would really help his resourcefulness needs out in terms of this ICE shitshow taking place. Forge my handwriting and publicly take credit for that idea, for all I care.

“My cellmate here is Justin Taraskewich, 41 year old Navy veteran with an infraction like mine because he yelled at the VA way too hard. I’m helping him to write to his Circuit’s Appeals Judge in Ohio. Military veterans being held in their own countries is a sign of a civil war in my opinion. And you and I both agree it’s been sad since 2020.

“I had to put down the pen on your letter just now to meet with the mental health staff. Interesting timing. They sure do have conflicting paperwork they admitted to. Frank and Fonda told me probation expires this month but the violation’s sentencing guidelines maximum maxes out in October which supercedes June. Definitely worth getting in touch with this facility and nodding everyone’s heads up and and down without even blinking so there are no lawsuits and so we can save Debra Ann Livingston work from having to look into if Katie cooperates with the warden of this facility to publish more revised paperwork on her website. Maybe this facility might have paperwork mixed up with Allenwood? I prefer this Fort Devens facility to Allenwood for a lot of reasons.”

“Imagine a world where we all positively work together out of this. Imagine somebody with the last name Sinatra signing court approved agreements getting my mother on stage at Shea’s Theatre as she has her Bachelor’s in Music Ed from SUNY Fredonia so we can first and foremost hold a charity piano concert for Catholic Charities so we can work her way up for another second show to pay her back for all this time. Wouldn’t that be a happy way to deal with this? I don’t want to have to sue [Victim 1] for breaking into my house last year as a 2024 Olean Police report issued by my grandmother [name] and not letting up on a lawsuit until he pays to fix my front porch which was destroyed during a 1/28/22 search and seizure that I was not present for. Gavin Newsom looks like [Victim 1]. Republicans think Gavin Newsom is a Retarded Piece of Garbage.

“So again this facility’s staff is wonderful, I’m even absolutely working on tuning the piano in the chapel, and the staff agrees that I’m clearly not meant to be here long, but they definitely need to get on par with Frank Passafiume, Fonda Kubiak, and Tim Murphy in terms of any conflicting paperwork from Allenwood 2 years ago.

“Nationwide defunding of federal probation. We gotta get [probation officer] and his supervisor higher paying jobs with the Homeland Security Universal Order of Protection program we will design to replace infractions like this.

“PS time to repeal ‘cyberstalking’ from the criminal code in a world where I hear Katie and Chris [last name] of the NY Libertarian party work together to create CGIs of me in parts of Minneapolis I never went to before to maliciously put it in my FBI Discovery post conviction.
