In the following letter, Luke Wenke proposes multiple convoluted ideas for “settling” with his victims in court. This makes little to no sense, because it’s as if he’s treating the matter as a civil case when he’s the only party in this entire situation who has fallen under legal scrutiny (in the form of federal criminal charges). Luke Wenke’s run-ins with the justice system would’ve ended years earlier than they actually did if he had simply left his victims the fuck alone, but instead, he insisted on flashing his bullshit victim card like it was going out of style as part of some bizarre mission to convince the court that he will every interpersonal dumpster fire in his life into existence.
Included among Wenke’s so-called “settlement offers” is his ill-conceived idea for a “universal order of protection program,” which would more widely monitor the subjects of protective orders than he believes the current system is capable of. Wenke’s conception of how this program would work is unrealistically simplified, and he clearly hasn’t considered the immense cost of conducting 24/7 surveillance on these types of situations. Oh, believe me, I wish it were possible. America would be a much safer place for people like me, who are victims of people like Luke Wenke. But if monitoring stalkers and obsessed psychopaths were that cut-and-dry of a process, I think a program like this would already exist.
Perhaps the most audacious suggestion Wenke makes is that he believes reconciling with his victims is possible. He clearly either doesn’t get it or fully gets it but doesn’t care. Luke Wenke’s victims do not want to associate with him. I typically hesitate to speak for others, especially in such general terms, but this is a statement I feel very comfortable making. I’m just one of many people who’s been targeted relentlessly by Luke Wenke for years because he refuses to get over his obsession with us. I find it paradoxical that he complains about his life not going the way he wants when his only focus is on controlling people and getting people to do what he wants, rather than taking control of his own pathetic shit show of a life.
All those wasted years of stalking, and absolutely nothing to show for it. The fact that he doesn’t seem even slightly embarrassed about it makes the entire situation even more mind-boggling.

“SETTLEMENT OFFERS
“Make me sign local police orders of protection with [Victim 1] and Katie [last name] to reduce this issue down to local courts. Transfer my fingerprints over to Minnesota, North Carolina, New York State Troopers and the [city] Police.
“Establish an interstate order of protection system to prevent cases like this ever again.
“-Homeland Security and all DVMs work together in depth.
“-Federal police cameras on all state border lines on back roads and highways. (A.I.)
“-More tow truck drivers contracted into Homeland Security work together to track people’s movements.
“-S.M.S. texts updating local criminal court victims on if their aggressor is approaching their state.
“-Homeland Security and FAA track violators’ flight movements.
“-Local, county, and state police all receive training workshops through Homeland Security for this.
“-Put someone in this type of situation in jail long enough to have their information sent to the state where they need to be known/watched, and/or to be towed back home by Homeland Security if they violate.
“-Only local and county courtrooms would have to deal with this and they need tangible evidence that all parties involved even know each other (and all local and county courtrooms in the country then obtain each other’s contact info).

“I would be willing to get a city owned blighted house in Olean through the city government to put into Katie [last name]’s name and help getting a federal loan/grant to pay an Olean city official with a local handyman business to fix it up for her is possible on my end. Taking my substitute teaching/martial arts teaching/community theatre directing resume and applying it to designing a Buddhist Tummo meditation FSA class for violent offenders and a History of Pedophile Punishment FSA class for sex offenders so [Victim 1] can get that passed into law and take the credit for himself. Getting Brett [last name] contracted into fixing the water infrastructure for all of Carl Paladino’s properties since it is my mother’s side who knows Carl.
“Take those court documented statements and do whatever you want with them.”
