Luke Wenke Angrily Criticizes Family, Accuses Katie of Impersonation
Luke Wenke mailed the following letter to the federal courthouse in Buffalo, New York in early October of 2026 while detained at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York. Addressed to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo, who’s tasked with overseeing Wenke’s bogus lawsuit against me, the letter discusses Wenke’s grievances against the paternal side of his family for allegedly refusing to help him financially while his mother pays his expenses.
Wenke also accuses me of impersonation and makes several other allegations against me.
The letter begins by comparing Luke Wenke’s legal troubles to President Donald Trump’s and declaring that his lawsuits are getting bigger. Wenke describes plans for additional litigation against paternal relatives, accusing them of refusing to provide financial assistance while his mother supports him. He also argues that he should not be responsible for certain financial obligations involving relatives who allegedly failed to help him in the past.
Wenke then complains about the criminal proceedings and continued detention relating to his ongoing federal cyberstalking case. More specifically, he challenges the handling of his speedy trial rights, criticizes court personnel, and questions the conduct of his federal public defender.
At the end of the letter, Luke Wenke accuses me of conspiring with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office to frame him for crimes. He alleges that the agency helped me intercept his jailhouse phone calls and that I used the material to create incriminating AI-generated recordings of his voice, which he claims will result in false criminal charges and prevent his release.
Wenke threatens to pursue another lawsuit against me if his demands to get to the bottom of these allegations go unsatisfied. He also accuses his public defender of lying to him and claims that she intends to pursue court action against a credit union Wenke owes money to.
Additionally, Wenke mentions his former federal probation officer and his former public defender, Frank Passafiume.
The letter presents no evidence to support Wenke’s accusations against me, which I categorically deny, or any of his allegations against other individuals and organizations.

“We have a President who 10 years ago said ‘the wall just got 10 feet taller.’ Now it’s 2026, he has a felony he still can’t get rid of, I’m the oldest grandson of a former village judge on Year Five of holding over a nonviolent witness exempt speech crime, and MY lawsuits are getting 10 feet taller.
“Thank you for not rejecting me help.
“The Wenkeville reunion lawsuit is now not the only lawsuit against Wenkes. “Eldest Wenke Kinship vs. Wenke Paternal Immediates” has been furiously designed by me to evolve family law due to the following reasons. My mother pays for everything these last 5 years. My father’s side racks up a 529 car insurance lapse on my car, they cooperate with malicious psychiatry, they shove me in a homeless shelter after not helping with my house (the other set of grandparents took me in for 5 years), they hang up on my phone calls or don’t answer at all, they lecture my mother about child support from 30 years ago, and we even have Lilydale psychics blaming them for why this has gone on as long as it has since 2022. My father went $200,000 in debt 20 years ago … and he received immediate bailout help from his immediate family. His sister/my aunt had a ritzy wedding by the Finger Lakes in 2003, went to Tanzania Africa for her honeymoon, and in the last 15 years has received substantial help from her own father paying off Cornell University tuition. “…think I deserve the right to legally exempt myself from ever having to pick up any unwanted legally binding burdens in the event of ANY of them having a life crisis. Why should I have to inherit their nursing home bills in the future, for example? Wenke v. Wenke Sept. 1995 was the NY Supreme Court establishing grandparents rights since my father was at the University of Tennessee. The Wenke side didn’t even raise me in the end, and in 2026 they have gotten to the point of treating me like a burden. Meanwhile my father went to Morocco this summer where my stepmother is from, and [obscured] self-deported off the taxpayers once Trump came back. ‘If an immediate family member is not receiving help from other immediate relatives throughout an unwanted life crisis of any kind, that immediate relative is thereby exempt from having to inherit any unwanted burdens from those same relatives in the event of THEIR likelihood of an unwanted life crisis, and it is on a court to decide if the apathy has been later on been made up for or who the burdens are to fall on’. I think this sounds like a good post-2022 rise in crime update to family law due to my circumstances.
“Also, spread the word that it’s best to not allow [former probation officer] of Buffalo federal probation or Frank Passafiume of the Buffalo Federal Public Defender’s Office to speak to any childhood-absent relatives of a defendant.
Next. Victoria Bahl, 585-263-6201, can confirm that we are disputing and reassessing all legalities concerning a debt in my name owed to CCSE Federal Credit Union of Salamanca. We are attempting to schedule a video court hearing with me to discuss this issue.”

“Victoria has no reason to tell this court in particular anything contradictory to my own interests. William Ilecki of Amherst is CCSE’s attorney. Hopefully that issue doesn’t require this court’s influence.
“Third. I am seeking external legal influence in order to hopefully enforce the notion that I am being held at Monroe County Jail months past my Speedy Trial Rights expiration. Monroe County Jail staff knows I have not been present in court once since December. for all jail staff who help me know, not even defense attorneys nor the magistrate were present in court when someone likely falsified claims on the court docket that my Speedy Trial Rights have been extended all year, and a proper formal notice from a court would uphold MCJ’s right to have me immediately released. I want this court in particular aware. Victoria Bahl has no reason, in the name of maintaining herself a reputation as a 100% truthful and helpful defense attorney, of accepting this MCJ-staff endorsed narrative concerning my recently obtained court docket. In May she DID begin to lie to me. She may do so again. Who knows. What an interesting several weeks it was not being allowed to send mail.“

“Monroe County Jail staff have recently informed about Katie [last name] receiving help from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office intercepting phone and internet service at MCJ so she can produce AI replicas of my voice making violent threats at the court so she can help produce false charges over me in an effort to keep them holding me past my Speedy Trial Rights. Victoria Bahl is aware. If this isn’t cleared up easily on my part, I think another lawsuit against Katie over this issue would serve her right.”
