In this May 1, 2026 letter to U.S. District Judge Lawrence Vilardo, Luke Wenke discusses his attempted civil lawsuit against me, Katie, while making additional accusations involving the prosecutor, FBI, and Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Wenke falsely claims that Assistant U.S. Attorney Sean Eldridge, the prosecutor in his current federal cyberstalking case, may be paying me to listen to Wenke’s phone calls from the Monroe County Jail. He then suggests that Eldridge could join me, FBI Agent Andrew Clark, and potentially the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office as codefendants in his lawsuit.
Wenke also discusses several supposed court hearings, including proceedings he claims occurred without him present or were scheduled but never happened. He asks Judge Vilardo to keep track of these events and references information he says his mother received from federal public defender Victoria Bahl.
In one of the letter’s more unusual passages, Wenke says he hopes everyone involved in his “elongated circumstances” might eventually meet at an Olive Garden in Buffalo and “talk like normal people.” He also looks forward to pursuing what he calls “all kinds of great lawsuits” in Judge Vilardo’s courtroom.
Wenke closes by invoking his late grandmother, Carolyn Giardini, who briefly served as a local justice in Carrollton, New York.

“Hopefully the day is sooner than expected that we are accomplishing all kinds of great lawsuits in your courtroom in particular. How nice to even continue floating the idea that everyone in my elongated circumstances finds it in themselves to go to Buffalo Olive Garden and talk like normal people.
“Until then, you need updates from my end of things in my words.
“April 1st a court hearing took place without me present but I was very happy with the results. The 2nd Circut of US Appeals probably has April 1st court notes on file. April 28th was supposed to be the appeal of the detention hearing. It never happened and I do not know why. May 5th is still on the court schedule in Rochester. The goal for May 5th court hearing was agreed upon by Sean Eldridge himself as early as February 23rd, otherwise my mother would not have been told about it from Victoria Bahl. Do help keep up on these details.
“We are currently asking if Katie [last name], famed defendant in your courtroom in particular, is being paid by Sean Eldridge to listen to my phone calls here at Monroe County Jail while the lawsuit got in motion in your courtroom. Would Sean Eldridge like to be a codefendant with Katie, Andrew Clark, and perhaps even Monroe County Sheriff’s Office? Do ask Sean his thoughts. He remembers April 1st and January 30th.
“That deceased grandmother of mine, Carrollton NY’S Judge Carolyn Giardini, it’s a shame she didn’t work from home in her office through the internet for the needs of the Robert H. Jackson US Courthouse. -Luke Wenke”
