In a November 1, 2025 email to federal Judge John Sinatra, Luke Wenke accuses me of trespassing into his Olean, New York home and ripping a pellet stove out of the wall. He further claims that former Olean Mayor Bill Aiello has video footage showing me entering and leaving the property throughout 2024 and 2025.

In addition to alleging that I was involved in removing the pellet stove and damaging his home, Wenke claims that fingerprints and video evidence will support his accusations. He also asserts that a North Carolina political associate (more specifically, the mother of his romantic obsession, Ryan) paid me to recruit other people to help remove the stove.

I categorically deny these allegations. When Wenke sent this email, I had not been to Olean since 2022 (nearly four years earlier), when I went to Wenke’s home at his request — and, more importantly, with his permission — to retrieve his eyeglasses and deliver them to the Niagara County Jail, where he was being detained for his first federal cyberstalking charge.

Despite Wenke’s claims about video footage, fingerprints, and other supposed evidence, the email itself does not include documentation establishing (or even suggesting the possibility) that I entered his home or removed the pellet stove.
