Letter: Luke Wenke Falsely Accuses Me of Voter Suppression

Satirical illustration of a Luke Wenke lookalike angrily demanding Katie’s arrest while confronting a police officer inside a police station.

Luke Wenke sent the following letter to the Honorable Richard J. Arcara — a federal judge completely uninvolved in Wenke’s case — while detained at the Chicago Metropolitan Correctional Center in the fall of 2024. In it, he falsely accuses me of involvement in voter suppression and discusses the possibility of pursuing a lawsuit over his inability to vote in the 2024 presidential election.

Wenke describes himself as a registered Conservative voter in New York and references his past support for State Senator George Borrello. He speculates about partnering with MAGA-related interests in a voter suppression lawsuit and portrays his inability to vote while detained as part of a broader effort against him.

Wenke also brings me into his allegations, despite my having no role in determining his access to an absentee ballot or his ability to vote. His claims against me are false.

As with many of Wenke’s letters, the discussion expands beyond the central subject and includes political figures, government officials, court proceedings, and other individuals whom Wenke connects to his circumstances. The letter provides another example of Wenke attempting to implicate me in events and decisions over which I had no control.

LEFT-HAND MARGIN “Officer Martin and Officer Ashberry of Orleans County Jail, a few months ago told Luke Wenke ‘do not worry we still have a copy of that recorded phone call with Katie [last name].’”

“It is urgent for all courtrooms at the Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse to be aware of actions committed by Katie [last name] of [city] NY, in the event that a small closed circle of people refuse to do anything about her criminal activity.

“In the first half of 2022 she was given the keys to Luke Wenke’s 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid, racked up quite a few toll tickets in his name in Pennsylvania while he was held in Niagara County Jail, later on somehow getting that car’s Wells Fargo paperwork to eventually hand over to Professional Recovery repo lot near Buffalo. Luke Wenke’s mother Janet McCaul of [redacted] did immediately call law enforcement over the matter, assumably NY state Troopers, and the law enforcement individual did originally attempt to press grand theft auto charges on Katie which were difficult at the time due to the whereabouts of the 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid being unknown. They are known now.

“Charges would be gladly pursued on Katie still to this day as Luke Wenke would be more than happy to sign police paperwork over the matter once he arrives back in NY state en route from the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center, but ongoing issues of a conflict of interest nature continue to linger over the multiple individuals surrounding Katie [last name]. Katie is a suspected employee of [Victim 1] of Minneapolis MN. She was heard on a recorded phone line at Orleans County Jail knowing which room specifically Luke Wenke was in, and all persons involved professionally in USA v. Luke Marshal Wenke absolutely cannot deny this phone call’s existence. Luke Wenke’s grandmother [name] of [redacted] NY recently filed a police report concerning a recent break in into Luke Wenke’s home at [address] in Olean NY. The suspected individual continues to be Katie [last name] of [city] as she maintains a key to that house. She had a copy of Luke Wenke’s FBI Discovery before any of Luke Wenke’s relatives did. She maintains the ability to receive copies of Luke Wenke’s fingerprints to smudge all over falsified evidence all she pleases, and she maintains the ability to dedicate her time to going into Luke Wenke’s home to continue forging Luke Wenke’s handwriting to produce false mailed letters claiming to be from Luke Wenke the same way she was able to…”

“…somehow give that 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid’s Wells Fargo paperwork and the car itself to Professional Recovery near Buffalo without Luke Wenke’s permission.

“Discussions concerning this 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid have been heard recently over recorded phone lines at incarceration facilities holding Luke Wenke. All written letters with falsified fingerprint evidence are liable to be Katie [last name] unusually admitting her own guilt as 2022 police work reporting to her [city] home has her documented as appearing ‘drugged and schizophrenic’, as schizophrenia usually comes with a multiple personality disorder issue. She is also behind a recent Yelp account attacking Luke Wenke’s mother Janet McCaul’s former Salamanca NY restaurant J&J’s. She is also being accused of manipulating the reception and delivery of Luke Wenke’s early voting absentee ballot he had made known to multiple court officials, the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center Re-Entry Affair voting officials, and the Cattaraugus County Board of Elections as early as Sept. 2024 were notified about Wenke’s desire for an early voting absentee ballot. MAGA 2024 highly likely to partner with Wenke in a voter suppression lawsuit as Wenke is a registered Conservative voter in NY state and a former third tier top donor of state senator George Borrello.

“All defendants are entitled to a sentencing without an inordinate delay according to Rule 32 of court procedures. Counterman v. Colorado 600 U.S. 66 was vacated and remanded by the U.S. Supreme Court June 27th, 2023, and U.S. Supreme Court lawyer Richard I. Fine & Associates of Santa Barbara CA is on notice over Wenke’s case as his firm’s prices are in the $5000-$15000 price range. Richard I. Fine was a Nixon/Ford official who later on became a district attorney placed in jail for 18 months by federal judges he was investigating and after leaving jail had those judges removed from their positions before becoming a U.S. Supreme Court lawyer. Richard I. Fine currently has a paid client at the Chicago Metropolitan Correction Center facing 195 years for gun charges, so his clientele does go across the country.

“Hopefully the criminal activity hovering over Katie [last name] of [city] is cracked down on soon. Peace is achievable.”
