Luke Wenke Seeks Funding From WNY Businessman Carl Paladino

Luke Wenke mailed the following letter to the Honorable John L. Sinatra, Jr. while undergoing court-mandated treatment at FMC Devens, a federal medical prison in Massachusetts. In it, he outlines an ambitious proposal to build a nuclear power plant in Orleans County, New York, with Buffalo developer Carl Paladino as its sole proprietor.

Writing from FMC Devens, a federal medical prison in Massachusetts, where he was undergoing court-ordered treatment, Wenke describes plans for a facility that would sell nuclear energy worldwide and generate substantial tax revenue for Orleans County and the federal government.

Wenke suggests that Paladino’s connections to Donald Trump could help advance the project. He also envisions a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Paladino, Congressman Nick Langworthy, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.

According to Wenke, the proposed power plant would benefit Paladino’s real estate company, Ellicott Development, while generating enough revenue to help reduce the national debt. He further suggests that the project could support Siemens Dresser-Rand in Olean, New York, and its production of public safety equipment.

Wenke credits the city-building simulation game SimCity and a YouTube personality he calls Mr. Dapperton with helping him develop his ideas.

The letter concludes with Wenke expressing optimism about his future and signing off with the words, “Love – Luke Wenke.”

“I am in a great mood as I write this to your court because I always knew I could come out of this situation good with everybody.

“We in the vicinity of Tim Murphy are looking forward to helping Carl Paladino become the sole proprietor of a nuclear power plant to be built in Orleans County which will be selling nuclear energy all over the world. Carl is long time friends with John’s friend Donald, and Carl has free ‘secretary help’ coming his way soon to help him file the papers to get this built so the papers look formal for the Robert H Jackson US courthouse to accept. No forged handwriting.

“It will be a great addition for Ellicott Development so Carl can finally become a billionaire. It will help provide a tax base for Orleans County so they can stop calling themselves ‘Poorleans County’. We look forward to getting a joint ribbon cutting with Carl, Nick Langworthy, and Santa Barbara CA residents Prince Harry and Megan Markle.

“Most importantly, this will provide an amplified federal tax base so Siemens Dresser Rand of Olean can make the upgraded public safety equipment needed to repeal and replace federal threats cases as talked about in this courtroom. We will make the national debt go down, not up.
